Not a bikers pub in the traditional sense, but a surprisingly high number of its regulars are motorcyclists. It?s a small friendly pub with a good selection of real ales (Gales and Hopback breweries) and a selection of continental bottled beers. Winner of a CAMRA Pub of the year award in 1998.

The Red Shoot

New Forest
Hampshire

Tel:

Go down the A35 towards Lyndhurst. Take the first turning on the right (coming from Lyndhurst, towards Bournemouth) ? there will be a pub opposite the turning. Keep left and take the first left by another pub. Follow the road across the New Forest. As you head towards the Red Shoot, the road will narrow to single carriageway. After the single carriageway (about 400 yards) you will come to a very sharp, decreasing radius right hand bend. Go down the hill and back up ? the Red Shoot is just after the rise on your right.

A popular summer, Sunday hangout, although a few hardy souls make it down there throughout the year. Good food, although it can be busy on Sundays. Bands on a Sunday evening,

Allways worth a visit.
